- I went through the book 'fit at 30'. It is a very timely effort to reach out to the right people who need advice. People in the 25-35 age group are the ones who almost burn out their energies- working hard, playing hard. They tend to neglect their heath, and the effects are felt later, when it is difficult to reverse them. I also like the fact that the book does not recommend one more diet, but provides commonsense advice on diet & exercise that is easy to follow.
